Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- water - 1/2 c
- Crisco - 3/4 c
- margarine - 1 item
- to 8 fresh peaches, apples or fresh blueberries - 6 item
How to make sugarless cookies:
Mix flour and salt, cut in Crisco and add the water. Work with hands to form a soft, firm dough. Cut in half. Roll out bottom crust, place in pie pan and add fruit of your choice. Sprinkle with cinnamon and dabs of margarine. Cover with remaining crust, cutting slits into top crust for steam to escape. Bake 15 minutes at 400°, reducing heat to 350° for another 30 to 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
