- chocolate wafer cookie crumbs - 1 c
- butter or margarine, melted - 3 tbsp
- 8 oz
- sugar - 3/4 c
- flour - 1/4 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips - 1 c
How to make chocolate chip cheesecake supreme:
Filling:3 pkg. (8 oz. each) Philadelphia cream cheese3/4 c. sugar1/4 c. flour3 eggs1/2 c. Breakstone's or Knudsen sour cream1 tsp. vanilla1 c. miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips Crust: Mix crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch spring form pan. Bake at 325°F. for 10 minutes.Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar and flour with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Stir in chips; pour over crust.
Bake 55 minutes. Run small knife or metal spatula around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim of pan.
Refrigerate. Garnish with whipped cream and fresh mint, if desired.
