Sugar-free apple pie
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- peeled, sliced apples - 6 c
- prepared pie crust top and bottom - 1 item
- can frozen undiluted apple juice concentrate - 1 oz
How to make sugar-free apple pie:
Combine apple juice and cornstarch in saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add margarine, cinnamon and nutmeg; mix well. Stir in apples.Put mixture in prepared crust. Cover with top crust; seal and flute. Bake at 425° for 30 minutes and then bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
