Easy blueberry pie
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- cornstarch - 5 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- white sugar - 1/2 c
- fresh or frozen blueberries - 4 c
- 9-inch pie crust
- enough pie crust to make lattice crust on top - 1 item
How to make easy blueberry pie:
Pour berries into unbaked pie shell. Mix sugars, cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg together. Pour over berries. Dribble lemon juice over berries. Dot margarine over pie. Do lattice crust over top. Place foil around edges. Bake for 15 minutes at 400°; turn oven down to 375°. Take foil off.
