Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• vanilla - 1/2 tsp
• milk - 4 tsp
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• baking powder
• egg - 1 item
• sifted flour - 2 c
• margarine - 2/3 c
• grated orange peel - 1/4 tsp

How to make sugar cookies:

Cream margarine, sugar, orange peel and vanilla. Add egg and beat until light and fluffy. Stir in milk. Sift dry ingredients together and blend into creamed mixture. Divide dough in half and chill. Roll out on lightly floured surface to 1/3-inch
