Sugar cookies

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 Tbsp
• granulated sugar - 1 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 5 c
• oil - 1 c
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• powdered sugar - 1 c
• cream of tartar - 1 tsp
• sticks butter or margarine - 2 item

How to make sugar cookies:

Cream together oil, butter, sugars and eggs. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate overnight. Make into balls. Dip in colored sugar and flatten with fork. Bake 10 minutes at 375°. Makes 9 dozen.
