Sugar cookies

Ingredients/Components

• margarine - 1 c
• granulated sugar - 1 c
• powdered sugar - 1 c
• large eggs - 2 item
• cooking oil Crisco - 1/2 c
• flour, sifted - 5 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• cream of tartar - 1 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp

How to make sugar cookies:

Cream margarine and sugars; add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate for 8 hours. Spoon out and make a ball with dough. Put on cookie sheet and press down with a glass to make it round. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350° until golden brown.
