Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • water - 1/4 c
  • cream of tartar - 1/8 tsp
  • walnut halves - 2 c

How to make sugar coated walnuts:

Mix above ingredients together in saucepan and bring to a hard boil. Boil until mixture starts to string when poured from a spoon.

Place walnut halves on cookie sheet and pour the mixture over the walnuts and let dry. Yummy!
