Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- shredded coconut - 1 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- miniature marshmallows - 1 c
- instant pistachio pudding
- Cool Whip, thawed - 12 16
- can chunky pineapple - 1 oz
How to make ambrosia salad:
Combine pineapple, including juices. Sprinkle pudding mix over the pineapple. Let sit for a few minutes. Gently mix in the coconut and pecans. Blend in the Cool Whip and marshmallows.
