Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- chopped onion
- chopped celery - 1 c
- poultry seasoning - 1 Tbsp
- 1/2 sticks oleo - 1 item
- soft cornbread - 4 qt
- turkey giblets and neck - 1 item
- seasoned bread cubes optional - 1 pkg
How to make stuffing:
Melt oleo. Add celery, onions, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes. Mix with cornbread. Add giblets and meat from neck, well cooked. For more moisture, add drippings from turkey.
