Stuffed shells
Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- ground beef - 2 lb
- Mozzarella cheese - 12 oz
- seasoned bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- jar Ragu sauce - 1 oz
- minced cloves garlic - 2 item
- box large shells - 1 item
- whole, diced onion - 1 item
How to make stuffed shells:
Boil shells; drain. Brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Take off. Add egg, bread crumbs and Mozzarella cheese. Add salt and pepper, if you like. Pour 1/4 cup of Ragu in bottom of baking dish. Stuff each shell with meat mixture. Place in baking dish. Pour remaining Ragu over the shells. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Cover dish. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
