Stuffed peaches
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- heavy cream - 2 Tbsp
- egg yolk - 1 item
- cognac - 1 Tbsp
- macaroons, crushed - 6 item
- medium peaches ripe - 7 item
How to make stuffed peaches:
Preheat oven to 350°. Butter a baking dish. Peel one peach. Cut flesh in pieces. Cut remaining peaches in half. Remove pits and scoop out a bit of the pulp from each half. Combine pulp with cut up peach and mash well with a fork. Add butter and crushed macaroons, egg yolk, cream and cognac; mix well. Fill each peach half with mixture, mounding it slightly.
