Ingredients/Components

- margarine - 4 Tbsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- green peppers - 6 item
- ground chuck - 2 lb
- sugar to taste - 1 item
- can stewed tomatoes, chopped - 1 item
- salsa sauce - 6 Tbsp
- bag grated cheese - 1 (8
- boxes Spanish Minute rice - 2 item
How to make stuffed green peppers:
Brown ground chuck with onion, garlic and pepper to taste; set aside. Brown rice in margarine. When brown, add water, packages from rice mix, 1/2 cheese, salsa sauce and ground chuck. Mix together; bring to boil, then lower and cover. Simmer until done. Stuff parboiled peppers and arrange in a 9 x 13-inch pan with any extra stuffing. Sprinkle top with the rest of the cheese.
