- milk - 1/2 c
- bread slices - 1 item
- fresh strawberries, cleaned and diced - 1 item
- Basic French Toast Batter:2 eggs
How to make stuffed french toast:
Basic French Toast Batter:2 eggs1/2 c. milk1 tsp. vanilla Mix batter ingredients in a wide, shallow bowl. On a hot griddle, dip 2 slices of bread in batter mixture and then put them on the griddle. When cooked on one side, flip one bread slice over, cooked side up, and sprinkle with diced strawberries. Cover with the other slice of French toast (both sides cooked).
