Streusel topping

Ingredients/Components

• butter, softened - 6 Tbsp
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• packed brown sugar - 1/2 c
• nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
• plain flour - 1/2 c
• uncooked oatmeal - 4 Tbsp

How to make streusel topping:

Combine flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter with knives until mixture resembles small pebbles. Add cinnamon, nutmeg and oatmeal. Blend thoroughly. Use as a topping for coffee cake or sweet rolls.
