  • sugar - 2 c
  • flour - 1/4 c
  • rhubarb, diced - 2 c
  • strawberries - 2 c
  • dough for 2 crust pie

How to make strawberry rhubarb pie:

Mix sugar and flour. Add 1/4 of mixture to fruits. Put remaining flour and sugar mixture in unbaked pie shell. Add fruit. Dot with butter. Add top crust. Bake in 420° oven 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350° and bake 35 minutes more.
