Strawberry pizza

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• pkg - 1 oz
• sour cream - 1 c
• cornstarch - 1/4 c
• powdered sugar - 1 c
• small box strawberry gelatin - 1 item
• strawberries, cut in half - 1 item
• refrigerator cookie dough - 1 pkg
• Bake and cool

How to make strawberry pizza:

Spread cookie dough on 2 (9-inch) round tins or 1 (13 x 14-inch) pizza pan for crust. Bake and cool. Whip together cream cheese, sour cream and powdered sugar; spread on crust. Arrange strawberries, cut in half, on top of cream mixture. Top with Glaze. Garnish with whipped cream if desired.Glaze:2 c. water1 1/4 c. sugar1/4 c. cornstarch1 small box strawberry gelatin Mix together water, sugar and cornstarch; boil until clear. Stir in strawberry gelatin. Cool and pour over strawberries.
