  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
  • water - 3/4 c
  • red food coloring - 1 item
  • strawberries - 1 qt
  • baked pie shell - 1 item

How to make strawberry pie:

Crust 1 cup strawberries. Add water and bring to boil; simmer for 3 minutes. Combine dry ingredients, add to hot liquid, and return to heat. Stir until mixture thickens. Cool and pour over berries in baked pie shell.
