Strawberry pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
• Cool Whip - 1 item
• lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
• strawberries - 1 c
• crushed strawberries - 1 c
• small cream cheese - 1 pkg
• lump butter - 1 item
• baked 9-inch pie crust - 1 item

How to make strawberry pie:

Cook together sugar, water, crushed berries, cornstarch and lemon juice until thickened. Add butter and cool while you spread softened cream cheese on baked crust. Place whole berries on cheese. Pour cooked mixture over all. Chill and top with Cool Whip.
