  • pkg - 1 oz
  • flour - 1 c
  • cornstarch - 4 Tbsp
  • Cool Whip - 1 item
  • box confectioners sugar - 1 item
  • pecans - 1 c
  • box strawberry Jell-O - 1 item
  • tub Cool Whip - 1 (8
  • 7-Up drink - 1 c
  • sliced, fresh strawberries - 2 c

How to make strawberry pie:

Combine flour and pecans. Put into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish and bake for 20 minutes at 350°. Cool completely.

Mix the cream cheese, confectioners sugar and Cool Whip; spread on top of cooled crust.

Mix sugar, 7-Up and cornstarch; cook until thick and cool. Add 1 box strawberry Jell-O; spread on first filling and cover with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with pecans.
