Strawberry pecan cake
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- coconut - 1 c
- box confectioners sugar - 1 item
- pecans - 1 c
- Wesson oil - 1 c
- box white cake mix - 1 item
- small box strawberry Jell-O - 1 item
- strawberries fresh or frozen - 1 c
- strawberries, chopped - 1/2 c
- Add oil, milk and eggs, one at a time
How to make strawberry pecan cake:
Mix cake mix and Jell-O together dry. Add oil, milk and eggs, one at a time. Use mixing directions on back of box. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool thoroughly before frosting.Strawberry Frosting:1 stick margarine1 box confectioners sugar1/2 c. strawberries, chopped1/2 c. coconut1/2 c. pecans Cream together sugar and butter.
