  • coconut - 1 c
  • box confectioners sugar - 1 item
  • pecans - 1 c
  • Wesson oil - 1 c
  • box white cake mix - 1 item
  • small box strawberry Jell-O - 1 item
  • strawberries fresh or frozen - 1 c
  • strawberries, chopped - 1/2 c
  • Add oil, milk and eggs, one at a time

How to make strawberry pecan cake:

Mix cake mix and Jell-O together dry. Add oil, milk and eggs, one at a time. Use mixing directions on back of box. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool thoroughly before frosting.Strawberry Frosting:1 stick margarine1 box confectioners sugar1/2 c. strawberries, chopped1/2 c. coconut1/2 c. pecans Cream together sugar and butter. Add other ingredients. Spread over cooled cake.
