Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
- water
- strawberries - 2 pt
- strawberry Jell-O
- pie shells - 2 item
How to make strawberry delight:
Mix cornstarch, water and sugar. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. While hot, add strawberry Jell-O; stir until Jell-O mixture is dissolved. Bake 2 pie shells and cool. Place strawberries in pie shells and pour liquid over them. Place in refrigerator for 3 hours before serving. Top with Cool Whip.Recipe categories: Desserts, Strawberry, Berries.
