Pumpkin souffle
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- granulated sugar - 1/3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vanilla flavoring - 2 tsp
- water - 1/3 c
- ground ginger - 1/4 tsp
- evaporated skim milk
- mashed, cooked pumpkin
- egg substitute, slightly beaten
How to make pumpkin souffle:
Mix all ingredients together well. Put mixture in souffle dish. Set souffle dish in a pan of hot water. Place in 350° preheated oven. Bake 1 1/4 hours or until knife inserted in middle of mixture comes out clean. Chill before serving.Recipe categories: Desserts, Low sodium, Vegetarian.
