Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- angel food cake, torn in pieces - 1 item
- strawberries, sliced thin - 3 c
- vanilla nonfat yogurt - 2 c
How to make strawberry cake:
Toss berries with 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar and lemon juice. Stir 1 to 2 minutes. Spread cake pieces in 9 x 9-inch square pan. Pour yogurt over cake. Spread evenly. Pour strawberries over top. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze. To serve, sprinkle with 1 teaspoon sugar. Thaw 1 to 2 hours.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Strawberry.
