Chewy chocolate cookies

Ingredients/Components

• flour
• sugar
• cocoa - 1/2 c
• baking soda - 1/2 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• light or dark corn syrup - 1/2 c
• egg whites - 3 item

How to make chewy chocolate cookies:

Combine dry ingredients. Stir in corn syrup and egg whites until thoroughly blended. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls, 1-inch apart, onto nonstick cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes just until set and soft. Do not overbake. Cool on wire rack.
