  • eggs - 4 item
  • water - 1/2 c
  • oil - 3/4 c
  • powdered sugar - 1 lb
  • oleo
  • box strawberry Jell-O - 1 item
  • strawberries - 5 oz
  • box white cake mix - 1 item

How to make strawberry cake:

Icing:1/4 lb. oleo1 lb. powdered sugar5 oz. strawberries Mix cake mix and Jell-O. Add and mix remaining ingredients except eggs. Add eggs one at a time; mix well. Bake at 350° in greased and floured pan for 30 to 35 minutes. Let cake cool, then ice.

Soften oleo and add sugar. Gradually add some strawberry juice and some berries and mix well. Save a few strawberries for top of cake. Refrigerate.
