Squash patties
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1 item
- self-rising flour - 1/2 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- cooked, mashed, drained squash or canned squash - 1 c
How to make squash patties:
Mix all ingredients. Form into patties. Fry in pan with oil until brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels. Batter will keep 1 week in refrigerator. Preparation time: 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Vegetables, North american.
