  • chopped pecans - 2/3 c
  • milk - 1 c
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • carton Cool Whip - 1 oz
  • small box vanilla instant pudding mix - 1 item
  • box Jiffy cake mix yellow - 1 item
  • to 8 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced - 6 item

How to make peach delight:

Prepare pudding with milk and sour cream. Refrigerate. Bake cake mix in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 20 minutes. Cool. Spread pudding on cool cake, sliced peaches on pudding and spread Cool Whip on peaches. Sprinkle pecans on topping. Cover and let stand in refrigerator several hours. Serves 12.

Sliced bananas may be substituted for peaches (about 4).
