  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 2/3 c
  • lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
  • red wine vinegar - 1/4 c
  • soy sauce - 2 tsp
  • curry powder - 1/2 tsp
  • seasoned pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • bacon strips, cooked and crumbled - 5 item
  • spinach, torn into bite size pieces - 1 pkg
  • hard-cooked boiled eggs, sliced - 2 item

How to make spinach salad:

Combine first 10 ingredients in a jar. Mix well. Place salad in a large bowl. Just before serving, add dressing. Garnish with bacon bits and eggs.
