Spinach salad

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 1 Tbsp
• water - 1/4 c
• vinegar - 1/4 c
• paprika - 1/2 tsp
• chopped onion - 1/4 c
• slices bacon - 2 item
• fresh spinach - 1/2 lb
• hard-cooked egg, cut up - 1 item

How to make spinach salad:

Cook bacon until crisp; drain and crumble. Blend flour, paprika, salt and sugar into bacon grease. Add onion, water and vinegar. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Arrange spinach in bowl; top with bacon and egg. Add sauce and toss.
