  • cider vinegar - 1/4 c
  • salad oil
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
  • ketchup - 1/3 c
  • mushrooms - 1 item
  • bean sprouts - 2 c
  • water chestnuts - 1 item
  • salt or less - 2 tsp
  • hard-boiled eggs, coarsely chopped - 4 item
  • spinach leaves - 1 item
  • red leaf lettuce - 1 item
  • sweet onions, sliced - 1 item

How to make spinach salad:

Dressing:1/2 c. salad oil1/4 c. cider vinegar1/2 c. sugar2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce2 tsp. salt (or less)1/3 c. ketchup Stir dressing ingredients together and put on salad right before serving. Serves a bunch.
