Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • vinegar - 1/4 c
  • salad oil
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
  • catsup - 3 Tbsp
  • can sliced water chestnuts - 1 item
  • bean sprouts - 1/2 c
  • hard-boiled eggs - 2 item
  • fresh spinach - 1 pkg
  • strips bacon, cooked and crumbled - 7 item

How to make spinach salad:

Dressing:1/2 c. salad oil1/4 c. sugar1/4 c. vinegar2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce3 Tbsp. catsup Wash spinach, dry and tear into pieces. Add water chestnuts, bean sprouts, eggs and bacon.

To make dressing, combine salad oil, sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and catsup. Add to salad and toss.
