Spinach salad

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• vinegar - 1/4 c
• salad oil
• ketchup - 1/3 c
• salt to taste - 1 item
• fresh spinach - 1 pkg
• worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
• small onion diced - 1 item
• can water chestnuts sliced and drained - 1 item
• strips bacon fried and crumbled - 5 item
• hard boiled eggs diced - 2 item
• can bean sprouts drained - 1 item

How to make spinach salad:

Dressing:1/2 c. salad oil1 small onion (diced)3/4 c. sugar1/4 c. vinegar1/3 c. ketchup2 tsp. worcestershire sauce salt to taste Mix all dressing ingredients well and set aside.

Wash spinach and remove course stems. Drain well. Combine all ingredients of salad, toss, and add dressing.
