Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 c
- ground beef - 2 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- oregano - 1 tsp
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 item
- frozen spinach - 2 pkg
- sliced mushrooms - 1 c
- cloves minced garlic - 2 item
- can celery soup no liquid added - 1 item
How to make spinach fandango:
Brown beef with mushrooms and seasonings. Add spinach and cook until thawed. Drain well. Stir in soup and sour cream. Pour into casserole. Top with cheese. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Ground beef.
