  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • vegetable oil
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • white wine vinegar - 2 Tbsp
  • dried minced onion - 1/2 tsp
  • minced fresh parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • sliced celery
  • green onions with tops, chopped - 3 item
  • snow peas - 1 c
  • large cucumber, sliced - 1/2 item
  • green grape halves - 2 c
  • packed torn spinach - 2 c
  • cubed, cooked chicken about 3 whole breasts - 5 c
  • corkscrew trio pasta, cooked - 7 oz

How to make spinach chicken salad:

Dressing:1/2 c. vegetable oil1/4 c. sugar2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar1 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. dried minced onion1 tsp. lemon juice2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley Combine salad ingredients. Cover and refrigerate. Combine dressing ingredients; mix well and refrigerate. Just before serving, pour dressing over salad and toss. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
