Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- white wine vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- dried minced onion - 1/2 tsp
- minced fresh parsley - 2 Tbsp
- sliced celery
- green onions with tops, chopped - 3 item
- snow peas - 1 c
- large cucumber, sliced - 1/2 item
- green grape halves - 2 c
- packed torn spinach - 2 c
- cubed, cooked chicken about 3 whole breasts - 5 c
- corkscrew trio pasta, cooked - 7 oz
How to make spinach chicken salad:
Dressing:1/2 c. vegetable oil1/4 c. sugar2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar1 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. dried minced onion1 tsp. lemon juice2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley Combine salad ingredients. Cover and refrigerate. Combine dressing ingredients; mix well and refrigerate. Just before serving, pour dressing over salad and toss.
