Spinach casserole
Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs, separated - 2 item
- Parmesan cheese - 4 Tbsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can French fried onion rings - 1 item
- chopped spinach - 3 pkg
How to make spinach casserole:
Cook spinach in microwave. Drain well. Cream soup, cheese and egg yolks until well blended. Beat egg whites until stiff. Combine spinach, creamed mixture and fold in egg whites. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Remove and top with French fried onion rings. Bake additional 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
