Spinach casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- nutmeg - 1/8 tsp
- onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- grated cheese - 3/4 1
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can water chestnuts - 1 oz
- spinach, chopped and frozen - 2 pkg
How to make spinach casserole:
Cook spinach; drain well. Fold sour cream, soup mix, water chestnuts and spices into spinach. Bake for 30 minutes, uncovered, at 325°. Top with grated cheese for the last 10 minutes of baking. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
