Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • onion, finely chopped - 1 c
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded - 10 oz
  • stick margarine, melted - 1 item
  • cooked spinach, drained well - 10 oz

How to make spinach brownies:

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients together. Place in greased 9-inch square pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Cut into squares and serve. Good hot or cold. Makes 8 servings.
