Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- frozen artichokes, thawed - 1 pkg
How to make spinach and artichoke casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease casserole. Blend spinach, melted butter, cream cheese and lemon juice together. Place artichokes on bottom of casserole. Add spinach mixture. Top with crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Main dish, Casseroles.
