Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- plus 2 Tbsp - 1/4 c
- ground cloves - 1/2 tsp
- ground cinnamon - 3/4 tsp
- ground allspice - 1/2 tsp
- instant orange flavored breakfast drink mix - 1/2 c
How to make spiced tea mix:
Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Store mixture in an airtight container. To serve, spoon 1 tablespoon of tea mix in a cup. Add 6 ounces boiling water, and stir well. Yield: 18 servings (about 53 calories per 3/4 cup serving).Recipe categories: Low protein, Drinks, Low fat.
