Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/3 tsp
  • nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
  • water - 1/2 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pecan halves - 1 lb

How to make spiced pecans:

Cook first four ingredients in 1/2 cup water. Cook until soft ball forms in water. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and pecans. Stir together and pour on waxed paper. Separate fast.
