Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 1/3 c
- salted nuts
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
How to make spiced nuts:
Mix in pan sugar and cinnamon. Stir in milk. Boil to 236°, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add nuts and vanilla. Stir until mixture can no longer be stirred. Turn out onto wax paper. Separate into small pieces with fork. Do quickly. Makes less than 1 pound.Recipe categories: Fruit, Low sodium, Nuts.
