- butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
- ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- large Golden Delicious apples - 2 item
How to make spiced apples:
Peel and core apples; cut each into 12 wedges. In 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, heat butter or margarine; add apples. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon; cook about 6 minutes, stirring occasionally until apples are lightly browned and just tender.Makes 4 to 8 servings. Per 1/8th of recipe: 48 calories, 0 g protein, 2 g fat, 9 g carbohydrate, 16 mg sodium and 4 mg cholesterol.
