Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- hot water - 2 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- fat - 1 Tbsp
- chopped green peppers - 1/4 c
- raw rice - 1 c
- canned tomatoes - 2 c
- hamburg - 1/2 lb
How to make spanish rice:
Melt fat, brown hamburg and then add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Put in greased dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 2 hours.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low fat, Side dish.
