Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- large bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- hot pepper, chopped - 1 item
- can large tomatoes - 1 item
- can large tomato paste - 1 item
- large box Minute rice - 1 item
How to make spanish rice:
Brown ground beef, onion, bell pepper and hot pepper; drain. Add tomatoes and tomato paste and sugar. Let simmer for about 30 minutes. Cook rice.Note: You can add sauce to cooked rice or use separate.
