Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- medium onion, thinly sliced - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- uncooked rice - 1 c
- jar pimentos - 1 item
- tomato juice 3/4 of a large can
How to make spanish rice:
