  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1 c
  • hamburger - 1 lb
  • Mozzarella cheese - 1 pkg
  • spaghetti - 1 lb
  • carton cottage cheese - 1 item
  • onion - 1 item
  • green pepper - 1 item
  • large jar Ragu sauce - 1 item

How to make spaghetti pie:

Cook spaghetti, not completely cooked. Drain. Mix butter and Parmesan cheese to form spaghetti into pie shell. Brown hamburger, onion and green pepper. Alternate with hamburger mixture, cottage cheese and sauce. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 375°. Use 1 small cake pan (9 x 13-inch) or 2 (9-inch) pie pans.
