Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- chopped onion - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 item
- spaghetti - 8 oz
- Italian sausage
- ripe olives - 1 item
How to make spaghetti pie:
Boil spaghetti; drain well. Mix with eggs and Parmesan cheese. Form into two 9-inch round pans of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Brown sausage; drain. Add spaghetti sauce, onion and garlic; simmer until tender. Pour into spaghetti shell. Garnish with Mozzarella cheese and ripe olives. Bake at 300° to 350° while cheese melts. Better the next day.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
