Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- unbaked 9-inch pastry shell - 1 item
- light corn syrup - 3/4 c
- pecans
- 1/2 stick margarine - 1/4 c
How to make southern pecan pie:
Melt margarine over low heat. Remove from heat. Mix in sugar and corn syrup. Blend in eggs and vanilla extract. Add pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until well done.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
