Sour cream potato salad
Ingredients/Components
- potatoes, peeled, cubed and cooked - 5 lb
- diced celery - 1 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- sour cream - 16 oz
- mustard - 3 Tbsp
- large green onions, sliced - 2 item
- vinegar, divided - 5 Tbsp
- eggs, coddled - 4 item
- pepper - 1 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
How to make sour cream potato salad:
Chill potatoes. Add celery, 3 tablespoons vinegar and salt; toss lightly. Place sour cream in small mixing bowl. Add coddled eggs, remaining vinegar, pepper, mustard, garlic and onion; mix well.
